Troubles on the Amazon

Just an FYI. If any of you have troubles with your order I found a website that gives you direct line to Amazon.com's support line. It is 1-866-216-1072. However I understand that they have a link that allows you to ask a question, send it in and their hope is to contact you within minutes.
